What we collect
When you apply for a workshop seat we collect your name, email, an optional LinkedIn URL, and the answers you write in the application form (your goal and motivation). When you create an account we also store the email and name on your profile. We log basic, anonymized analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, country, device type) to help us improve it.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the workshop you signed up for, run our admin review of seat requests, issue certificates if you complete a cohort, and send occasional updates about new tools and guides. We don’t sell or rent your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
AI tools (Career Coach, Resume Analyzer, and others)
When you use our AI tools — Career Coach, Resume Analyzer, Cover Letter Writer, Interview Simulator, Salary Estimator, Job Board Finder, Offer Calculator, and Career Compass — the text you paste or type is sent to OpenAI to generate a response. We do not store the content of your prompts or the model’s replies on our servers; we only log anonymous per-IP usage counts to keep the service running and prevent abuse.
Transactional email
Workshop confirmations, cohort reminders, and certificate notices are sent through Resend. Resend receives your email address and the email content so the message can be delivered. You can unsubscribe from optional updates at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email; required transactional emails (e.g., your seat-request confirmation) are sent only when you take an action that requests them.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of trusted subprocessors to operate the service: Supabase (account and application data), OpenAI (AI tools), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). We use the minimum scope necessary in each case and pick providers with strong security practices.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@she.inc. We’ll get back to you within 30 days. If you’re in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site work (auth session, etc.) and an anonymized analytics cookie to understand traffic. We do not use ad-tracking cookies.
Changes
If we update this policy we’ll change the date above and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
